Our Parts and Field Service Region North Europe are now looking for a service‑minded and systematic Field Service Administrative Coordinator who enjoys supporting people, coordinating multiple processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a global environment.

Whilst we are supporting the North European countries including Finland, the location for this role is Gothenburg, Sweden and the role is offered as a temporary contract (maternity leave cover) for 18 months. Depending on your situation, the contract can be full-time or reduced to a minimum of 60%.
What will you be doing?
As a Field Service Administrative Coordinator, you will be supporting the Field Service Operations to ensure a smooth day-to-day business. The colleagues you will support are based at the workshop in Gothenburg as well as travelling globally to customer sites. Our In-Situ machining team provides comprehensive in-situ machining services (also known as on-site or field machining) allowing for the precision repair and maintenance of engine and propulsion components directly at their installed location.
Your responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Invoicing for Field Service and workshop activities
- Purchasing support for workshop operations
- Responsible for keeping customer and vendor master data updated and accurate
- Support with collation of working schedules to support billing and payroll preparation
- Supporting colleagues with our mobility app and other IT related systems
- Support with travel coordination, visa applications and expense reports
- Proactively look for improvements in own, and others, area of responsibility and propose solutions
- Continuously stay up to-date with company policies and guidelines
The below will enable you to succeed in this role:
- Good IT knowledge and SAP experience is valuable
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Swedish considered as advantageous)
- Earlier experience of administrative work is an advantage
- B.Sc. in economics, accounting or equivalent is beneficial, but not a requirement
- High level of organisational and administrative ability
- Systematic and organised way of working
- Service‑minded with high attention to detail
- Curiosity to improve and adopt new learnings
