We are looking for an Order Delivery Coordinator with a main responsibility in coordinating customer orders from release to completion of delivery. The preferred location for this position is Gothenburg, Sweden.

Your role and responsibilities  

As an Order Delivery Coordinator your work will include ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders through effective planning, scheduling and coordination.

You’ll be working as a part of our dynamic Product order delivery team of professionals with diverse expertise.

Requirements for the position:

• Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks and driving resolution
• Effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Coordinate orders from release to delivery completion; track scheduled shipments and manage expectations
• Maintain delivery dates in ERP; ensure data accuracy and documentation
• Collaborate with planning, warehouse, transport partners, and customer interface teams
• Proactively identify risks (capacity, lead time, documents, customs) and drive mitigation
• Communicate status and delays clearly to internal stakeholders and customers

Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: 

• Proven capability of planning, coordination and problem solving
• Experience in international logistics
• Advanced PC user skills with knowledge in MS Office tools and ERP Business central
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
