Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Field Service team on a temporary replacement.  

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing work cards, maintaining accurate records, and supporting invoicing processes. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where precision, efficiency, and teamwork are highly valued. You will contribute to critical operational processes while developing your skills in administrative coordination. 

 

The location for this position is in Gdansk, Poland

 

Your role and responsibilities   

 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Register and maintain working hours for billable employees. 
  • Support FCICB invoicing processes and ensure timely and accurate submissions. 
  • Manage work cards and verify data integrity. 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal reporting. 
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Field Service team. 

 

Requirements for the position   

 

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant field. 
  • Fluency in Polish and very good English skills (written and verbal). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office.  
  • Knowledge of SAP – as an advantage. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
