Field Service Resource Manager (F/M)

We are looking for a Field Service Resource Manager to lead the planning and deployment of field service resources. This role combines strong leadership with solid technical understanding of field operations to ensure optimal utilisation, on-time delivery, outstanding customer satisfaction, and uncompromising safety.
This position is ideal for a people-oriented leader who enjoys managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and brings technical knowledge gained through field or field service experience to support effective operational decisions.
The location for this position is in Gdańsk, Poland.
As a Field Service Resource Manager, you will focus on these responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the field service resources team with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and competence development.
• Oversee resources and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of field service projects.
• Develop and implement resource management policies, processes, and plans to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on team performance to ensure business objectives and targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with business units, functions, and regions to forecast resource needs and ensure readiness.
• Apply data-driven insights to optimise workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Inspire, mentor, and support the resource management team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and adherence to established processes and tools.
• Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to align resource management with organisational objectives and customer expectations.
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience in resource management or field service operations; previous experience in Service Delivery within the Marine industry is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Clear and effective communication skills.

• Goal-oriented, values-driven mindset.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
