We are now looking for a  

 

HR Systems and Operations Expert 

 

to join our team working for a better future.  

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Gdansk, Poland, but also Spain, Hungary, Greece and Serbia are possible locations.  

 

What you will be doing  

 

The HR Systems & Operations Expert supports the entire PSH organization by providing expert-level operational and system support across HR processes and tools. The role ensures high-quality HR data, reliable execution of employee lifecycle operations, and effective use of HR systems (SuccessFactors and Zendesk). 

 

As HR Systems and operations expert, your work will focus on these responsibilities:  

 

  • Act as the functional HR systems expert for SuccessFactors and ZenDesk within PSH. 

  • Support HR users in system-related topics, including troubleshooting, data corrections and workflow issues. 

  • Support HR users in operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including:  Organizational management and job/position data , employee master data changes, lifecycle events (hire, transfer, promotion, termination, etc.) 

  • Support HR users via Case Management process alignment across HR Regions, promoting correct use of ZenDesk tool. 

  • Follow-up HR data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems 

  • Translate HR operational needs into system requirements and coordinate with IM HR Tech on enhancements, fixes and testing (UAT). 

  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and system usage. 

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors; Zendesk or similar ticketing tools experience required 

  • Strong end-to-end understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes 

  • Solid knowledge of organizational management and HR master data 

  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and governance in daily operations 

  • Strong data management and validation skills; high attention to detail 

  • Experience supporting system interfaces (e.g., time, payroll, finance) 

  • Ability to analyze HR data, identify inconsistencies, and provide actionable insights 

  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously 

  • Continuous improvement and solution-oriented mindset 

  • Willingness to share expertise and support peers on specialized topics 

  • Openness to change and innovation in HR systems and processes 

  • Comfortable working in a matrix, global environment 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 

  • Typically some years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HRIS-focused roles 

  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage 

 

 

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
