We are now looking for an Invoice to Pay Specialist to join our energetic and customer-oriented team working for a better future.

Location of this position is Gdańsk, Poland. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.

Your role and responsibilities  

What you'll do:

• Process purchase invoices and ensure timely payments 
• Cooperate with suppliers and internal stakeholders worldwide 
• Monitor invoice workflows and resolve discrepancies 
• Support month-end closing, audits, and internal controls 
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and transformation projects 
• Work with modern tools including SAP S/4HANA, Basware, and ServiceNow  

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 

• Experience in Invoice-to-Pay / Accounts Payable 
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Good understanding of Invoice-to-Pay processes 
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset 
• Fluent English, with other languages seen as advantage
• Proactive, organized, and solution-focused approach 
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement  
• knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4 Hana, ServiceNow and Basware is an advantage
