We are looking for a People Support Hub Manager, Europe to join our team and lead the next phase of our HR transformation journey. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and running our European HR service delivery model, overseeing a distributed team of HR experts located across Europe, serving approximately 12,000 employees across the region.
Reporting to the Head of People Support Hub, this position can be based in Poland, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, or another suitable European location. It is an exceptional opportunity for a hands on senior HR leader with a strong background in HR Shared Services, Global Business Services, and operating model transformation to drive excellence, scalability, and consistency in regional HR operations.
What you will be doing:
Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
As the People Support Hub Manager, you will lead the strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of centralized HR services across Europe. You will:
- Lead and manage a Europe-wide HR hub composed of experts across Europe, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across ~12,000 employees.
- Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Act as a senior transformation leader, driving the development and scaling of HR Shared Services / GBS models.
- Provide direction for the design and improvement of the HR operating model, ensuring alignment with global standards while maintaining sensitivity to local requirements.
- Partner closely with Local HR, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and Centres of Excellence to build a seamless, efficient, and employee-centric HR service experience.
- Represent the Europe PSH in HR leadership forums, contributing to regional priorities, change programs, and organizational goals
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:
- Oversee delivery of end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, master data, organizational structures, employment documentation, performance management, annual HR cycles, reporting, payroll support, and Time & Attendance.
- Ensure exceptional employee and manager experience through effective guidance, issue resolution, and operational support across multiple countries.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service analytics to drive high-quality performance, proactively solving escalations and identifying structural improvements.
- Lead a strong continuous improvement agenda, using technology, automation, and AI to streamline processes, increase productivity, and remove operational friction.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, data security, and audit requirements, managing risks and implementing mitigation actions within all PSH operations.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a multicultural, virtual team of HR professionals across several European hubs, ensuring clarity in objectives, performance standards, and development goals.
- Build capabilities within the team, creating a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Empower local hub teams to bring forward insights, country knowledge, and improvement opportunities to elevate service delivery and employee support.
You will shine in this role, when you have:
- Approximately 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within HR Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
- Demonstrated experience in building, expanding, or transforming HR service centers.
- Deep knowledge of HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Proven success in leading virtual, multicultural teams across multiple European locations.
- Strong communication, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
- A passion for improving processes, elevating employee experience, and driving operational excellence.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, propose alternatives, and inspire continuous improvement.
- A collaborative approach that values transparency, frequent communication, and partnerships across all HR functions.
