Administration Coordinator

We are now looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our team on a temporary replacement basis.

 

The preferred location for this position is Gdynia, Poland

 

Your role and responsibilities  

 

As an Administration Coordinator you will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Overseeing the daily maintenance of the company office, managing the reception desk, handling correspondence and invoices, and accommodating guests.
  • Performing various activities to support the local organization.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and ensuring agreements related to the organization and operation of the offices are upheld.
  • Taking responsibility for agreements related to the organization and operation of the offices.
  • Working closely with Managers on assigned tasks.
  • Independently and proactively resolving issues and challenges related to administrative requests.
  • Executing all necessary actions for the local implementation of Wärtsilä's processes in alignment with Wärtsilä business targets within the assigned area of responsibility.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • General knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global environment.
