Due to increased business activity and continued expansion, we’re hiring a Credit Controller to strengthen our finance team and support our next phase of growth.
LOCATION
Gdynia, Poland
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct customer credit assessments, set credit limits, and monitor ongoing credit exposure.
Manage the collection process to ensure timely payments, accurate cash allocation, and reduction of overdue receivables.
Handle customer disputes efficiently by coordinating between business teams and customers to ensure resolution and prevent reoccurrence.
Prepare regular aging reports and credit KPIs for internal stakeholders.
Engage proactively with customers to build strong relationships that support effective payment behavior.
Identify high‑risk accounts and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
Support internal teams with guidance on credit terms, contract reviews, and risk evaluation.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- B.Sc. degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP and reporting systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to manage time pressure, prioritize effectively, and remain flexible in a fast‑changing environment.
- FluentEnglish required; additional language skills are an advantage.
