Delivery Coordinator

Main Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders for spare parts, including planning international transport (road, air, sea) using SAP.
- Analyze orders to determine shipping needs, timing, and cost-effective transport solutions.
- Act as the main contact for customers regarding quotes, orders, deliveries, and issues.
- Coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Communicate daily with logistics partners (e.g., DHL) to secure smooth handling from supplier to customer.
- Ensure high-quality service by following up on orders, resolving non-conformities, and keeping customers informed.
- Suggest and implement improvements to speed up deliveries and optimize internal workflows.
- Support projects related to warehousing, process improvements, and supplier collaboration.
- Prioritize and coordinate urgent requests with colleagues to find fast, effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer-specific requirements and logistics best practices.
What You’ll Do

- Coordinate with logistics partners (like DHL), suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Follow up on orders, solve problems, and keep customers informed
- Help improve processes to speed up deliveries and improve teamwork
- Support ongoing projects in warehousing and logistics improvement
What We’re Looking For
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics or customer service (education or experience)
- Comfortable using systems and working with data (experience with SAP is a plus, but not required)
- Structured, reliable, and able to handle several tasks at once
