Design Engineer
What will you be doing?
-
Modelling and creating technical drawings in Autodesk Plant 3D, Autodesk Advance Steel, Inventor
-
Documentation production and its checking (Bill of Materials, Standardizations, GA etc.)
-
Participation in the complete documentation workflow
-
Understanding design guidelines, both internal and international standards, and comply with the Contractual requirements
-
Cooperation with project management and other disciplines (mechanical, E&I, process, etc.)
-
Participation in the development of more efficient engineering processes
-
Contribute to efficient project execution to the right quality, cost and time
-
Coordinating project activities and supporting team
You will shine in this role when you:

Technical education (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) - Ship Technology/ Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge and understanding of marine classification societies, IGF code and maritime rules and regulations

Good English both verbally and in writing
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team

Excellent communication skills
-
Experience with AutoCAD /Plant 3D / Advance Steel / Inventor

Experience with Wärtsilä Engineering Tools is an advantage
-
Experience with LNG/LPG and/or Marine business is an advantage
