IM Coordinator

As a IM Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

• Serve as an IT Business partner and focal point, proposing solutions that meet all business requirements across our sites.
• IM consultant to determine best/fitting IM services for specific needs Overseeing IM operations and cost efficiency at local level.
• Exception handling of local ICT equipment (PCs, telecom, printers, projectors, telepresence, servers, server rooms, etc.).
• Local IT project/change manager who pushes IM matters from beginning to end (e.g. relocations) with central teams as well as local providers.
• Escalation contact for unsolved or long taking helpdesk tickets.
• Assuring that Service Level Agreements (internal & external) are met.
• Checking cost efficiency of ICT spending and escalating exceeding to the manager.
• First point of contact for the WIT management team for IT-related inquiries and complaints.
• Continuously monitor and document performance, quality and cost efficiency of delivered IM services to own manager and local MT.
• Handling and support of local IM related Systems, infrastructure and contracts.
