Product Engineer, Design

Your responsibilities:

• Provide Gas Solution with a center of excellence for Product knowledge
• Develop and maintain Product Portfolio in TeamCentre based on relevant rules regulations, requirements, and QHSE aspects
• Develop and maintain a Product Portfolio in TeamCentre based on feedback from Gas Solutions
• Provide Product training and support to engineers in Gas Solutions
• Participate and follow up on product assessments (e.g. environment, criticality, etc.)

Our requirements:

• Higher, relevant technical education, bachelor's or master's degree
• Min. 5 years of work experience in design engineering in the gas and oil processing industry  (marine, offshore, onshore)
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, EN, PED, IMO
• Working experience in 3D model development of process plants
• Demonstrated organizational, coordination, planning, interface, and technical judgment skills
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities

• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English

• Experience from site and construction follow-up will be an advantage

• Working knowledge on: 

        - Material selection for piping, pressure equipment, and structural steel.

        - Piping arrangements, plot plan, equipment layout, piping isometrics.

        - Pipe stress analysis, piping supports selection and structural analysis.

        - Human factors engineering.

        - Coordination of work with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders (customer, 3rd party, engineering partners).

        - Product development

        - Modularization
