We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely handling, storage, and movement of goods while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
The location for this position is in Genova, Italy. We are looking for candidates who are willing to work on-site at our Genova facilities.

Your role and responsibilities
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will focus on these responsibilities:

Provide support and guidance to colleagues and team members on logistics-related tasks as needed.

Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet operational and business requirements.

Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and improve service delivery.

Track and coordinate shipments, providing regular updates to relevant parties to ensure visibility and control over the logistics process.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.

Contribute to the development and implementation of logistics processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements for the position

Good knowledge of logistics operations and processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is beneficial.

Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
