We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Genoa, Italy.

Your role and responsibilities  

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will coordinate the workshop team, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery.

As a Workshop Supervisor you will focus on these responsibilities:

• Leading and organizing daily workshop activities.
• Prioritizing tasks in line with production and service schedules.
• Supporting team performance, development, and safety.
• Monitoring work quality and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize operations.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Promoting best practices, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements for the position

• Relevant technical background (Mechanical or similar field).
• Previous experience in a workshop or service/maintenance environment.
• Experience in team coordination or supervision is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical processes and tools.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English.

The annual salary range for this role is 27.471 EUR – 38.685 EUR in accordance with the salary provisions in the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement  for workers in the metalworking and plant installation industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico).

The final salary offered will depend on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the required competencies, and your relevant education, skills, and experience.
