We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Genoa, Italy.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Workshop Supervisor, you will coordinate the workshop team, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery.
As a Workshop Supervisor you will focus on these responsibilities:
- Leading and organizing daily workshop activities.
- Prioritizing tasks in line with production and service schedules.
- Supporting team performance, development, and safety.
- Monitoring work quality and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize operations.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Promoting best practices, tools, and ways of working.
Requirements for the position
- Relevant technical background (Mechanical or similar field).
- Previous experience in a workshop or service/maintenance environment.
- Experience in team coordination or supervision is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical processes and tools.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English.

The annual salary range for this role is 27.471 EUR – 38.685 EUR in accordance with the salary provisions in the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement for workers in the metalworking and plant installation industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
