Workshop/ Maintenance Manager

Position Title:

Workshop/ Maintenance Manager

Agreement Manager

Accountabilities

  • Plan, lead and manage a dynamic maintenance team and activities at the Workshop and/or assigned team in order to execute maintenance activities, ensuring contractual quality, safety standards, financial and timelines are achieved.
  • Ensure maintenance reliability and availability of necessary swing set components according to agreement requirements and workplan.

Responsibilities 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Agreement Manager in implementing Agreement Management activities in logistics and administrative activities as per Wartsila internal guidelines during Mobilisation and Operations phase.
  • Monitor that the maintenance tasks are executed within the targeted time in coordination with Maint.Planner and Maint.Expert ,
  • Act as a Responsible Coordinator for AMEO in the Country /Region.
    • Creates spare parts sales order/ quotation.
    • Ensures the correct WBS element is used as informed by Agreement Manager.
    • Required Delivery Date.
    • Order follow-up and updating any additional spare part requirements.
  • Support Agreement Manager to reach set quality, financial, cost, safety and time targets.
  • Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Expert level usage of tools like SAP/ WE BUY/ Maximo
  •  Follow up with Agreement manager to maintain up to date KPI and Account plan status and participate in Account Team meetings.
  • To co-ordinate tasks and actions with site teams as instructed by Country / Agreement Manager
  • To report specific assigned tasks progress to Agreement Manager
  • To act as a Facilitator in highlighting local issues / risks / administrative tasks / local rules by supporting the team in proposing solutions.
  • Support Agreement manager to create a demobilisation plan and support in demobilisation activities

Development Responsibilities:

  • Continuous strive for Agreement profitability by taking necessary actions within the preview.
  • Understanding updating self as per local / regional / Global logistics management.
  • To give feedback regarding standard and contract specific solutions to respective responsible parties.
  • To highlight local rules / needs supporting the team to avoid difficulties locally.
