Operations Scheduler on-site (m/f/d)

Our Business Unit Turnkey Solutions is looking for an experienced and self-driven Operations Scheduler on-site with focus on logistics on our sites at shipyards. The business unit is successfully acting as electrical system integrator for shipyards with focus on complex vessels.  The position is located at different sites.



Your responsibilities:


* Material controlling
     - Verification of technical documents on plausibility
     - Verification of the SAP-initiated sourcing
     - Verification of material availability
     - Initiating purchase via internal form
* Installation management and planning
     - Coordination of internal installation orders and material on-site with re-gard to priorities and in cooperation with the site manager
     - Scheduling and due date tracking
     - Accompanying the installation order until customer's approval
* Cost controlling
* Estimation of costs and schedules for project managers and system archi-tects 
* Technical clarification of claims


What do we expect:


* Completed education as Technician

* Some years of relevant experience in logistics and operation processes

* Very good knowledge about on-site processes, preferably in the shipbuilding sector

* Profound SAP-knowledge

* German- and English skills written and spoken
