Sales Manager for Integrated Electrical Systems

Our Marine Electrical Systems business provides innovative state-of-the-art system solutions for technical demanding requirements focusing on naval ships, yachts, and special vessels of all types. As a competent partner for shipyards and ship owners worldwide Marine Electrical Systems assumes overall responsibility for complex system projects.

 

We are now looking for an open-minded and future-oriented Sales Manager for Integrated Electrical Systems (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg, Germany.

 

 

Your main responsibilities are :

 

  • Representing the product and service portfolio to new and existing customers
  • Customer liaison and support for navies, shipyards and consultants worldwide
  • Identification of international target markets and implementing related sales strategies
  • Responsible for contract negotiations mainly with shipyards for military and commercial projects
  • Initializing and verifying of calculations and technical specifications in close cooperation with the technical project leaders as well as creation of commercial offers

 

 

As an ideal candidate, you should have the following :

 

  • Strong technical background (minimum bachelor degree) ideally with electrical systems for marine applications combined with experience in project sales (EPC business)
  • Experience in navy shipbuilding projects preferred
  • Empathic, respectable  and confident appearance                                                         
  • International experienced and adaptable to foreign cultures                       
  • Business fluent skills in German and English                                                                     
  • Competence in technical solution finding to ensure most customer-oriented solutions
