Service Coordinator

As Service Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

•           Responsible for the successful coordination relating to FS&WS jobs.

•           Attend in offer reviews, ensure proper handover from Sales Proposal team.

•           Close cooperation with Resource Managers assigning engineers to jobs

•           Close cooperation with/support to Workshop Team Leader to plan/execute workshop work.

•           Act as single contact person for the customer during the work order.

•           Liaising with customers to coordinate detailed schedules, parts, tools, authorizations and permits, and to formalize service bookings.

•           Take responsibility for briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs.

•           Lead and coordinate Field Service activities, including work scopes, personnel, tools, spare parts, schedule, costs, etc.

•           Issue Tech Requests when applicable.

•           Service follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback, maintaining service record files and KPI's.

•           Identify and implement improvements through cost efficient means.

•           Review revenue/cost before invoicing, maintain KPI of the jobs on hand.

•           Continuously stay up-to-date with company policies and guidelines.

 

Main requirements in this role are

•           Safety-first mind-set.

•           Technical background related to Marine Engineering especially 4S Engines with FS experience is desirable.

•           Good communication skills and customer understanding.

•           Good organizational skills and customer empathy, combined with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

•           Demonstrable team working skills and the ability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations.

•           Good Cost awareness & effectiveness.

•           Strong ability to delegate, follow directions and work under pressure.

•           Good MS tools skills.

•           Fluent in Mandarin & English.

•           Bachelor degree.
