We are now hiring a Field Service Coordinator & Invoicing assistant in our Nordic team in Hørsholm, Denmark
 
Educational level could be:

You may be office educated, a marine engineer, master mariner, a dual office or something else or if you have

experience with the coordinator role of an equivalent industry

Job description:

This is 50% coordination role and 50% invoicing role
The Coordinator will be coordinating and assisting the customers in their need for warranty attendances/spares, service attendances

and remote support in close cooperation with our technical departments, spares department and Newbuild department. 
After the service job has ended, we need to create the invoice to our customer, the Service Partner or Service Engineer

will send their service reports and expenses to the invoicing team, the invoicing team will approve it and create the invoices.

Our customers are worldwide and it’s a must that you speak and write English well. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

•    Be in charge of service mission from the very start till invoice is made 
•    Be the customer's main contact related to the mission
•    Advice and support customer in preparation of job
•    Responsible for the details to achieve a successful execution of mission; including but not limited to

     briefing of FSE and travel arrangements; that drawings, instruction, tools, instruments and required spares are available
•    Checks of all Service reports issued, approval of these and share with the customer
•    Prepare the invoice draft according to service report, travel expenses and special agreements made with customers
•    Coordinate and support warranty handling in close cooperation with Newbuild department and technical departments
•    Read, sort and follow up on customer request 
•    Approve invoices from Service Partners
•    Create invoices and credit notes for our customers
