We are looking for a QHSES Manager with a main responsibility in QMS and Product Quality. The location for this position is Hørsholm, Denmark. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.
Your role and responsibilities
As a QHSES Manager you will:
- Manage Product Quality issues and support their resolution (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Concessions, Quality Alerts)
- Support Engineering Compliance and Type Approval for current and new products
- Data reporting of quality performance for products and facilities and related risks
- Support the creation and documentation of business processes
- Support supplier qualifications and tenders where QHSES information is required
- Develop and implement local HSES management systems, processes, tools and competences
- Ensure HSE legislation compliance of our Danish site
- Plan and perform internal QMS and EMS audits and coordinate external certification audit programs
- Facilitate third party and customer audits when required
- Drive actions to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our personnel and stakeholders throughout our operations at specific locations
- Work with other internal and external QHSES members and stakeholder on holistic business security and ensure implementation of security processes at our Danish site
The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of the multinational QHSES & Governance team with diverse expertise.
Requirements for the position:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality management
- Technical Background (Electronic, Communications, or similar)
- Ideally with an Engineering degree (electronics, computer, or comparable)
- Ideally with maritime product experience
Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:
- Strong analytical skills and experience on data analysis tools and software
- The ability to achieve results through strong and collaborative teamwork in a multicultural environment
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of at least an additional EU language
- Strong knowledge of QHSE disciplines
- Management Systems knowledge and implementation experience
