  • Interest in the technical part of the projects.

As a person you are tenacious and have a high level of professional pride – you enjoy moving a project and team forward and contributing to the development of strong and maintainable solutions that others will enjoy working with for years to come. You don’t give up easily but enjoy taking on and growing with new challenges. You have a sense of humor and can keep calm and focused even when things change around you. You know when to ask for support and give it readily to the team around you when you can.
