Logistics Trainee / Apprentice Logistic (H/F)

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Trainee to join our team in Harfleur, France.

 

Your role and responsibilities  

 

  • Receipt of Parts: Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming parts and materials.
  • Radio Package Preparation: Assemble and prepare radio packages for dispatch.
  • Package Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Stock Tracking: Monitor and manage stock levels for PPE, metrology equipment, and tooling.
  • Inventories: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.
  • Equipment Loan Management: Oversee the loaning process for equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, and other tools.
  • Transport Tracking: Manage transport labels and ensure proper tracking of shipments.

 

Actions Development:

 

  • Internal Stock Management Software Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of a software solution for internal stock management.
  • Material Quality/CSR Monitoring: Support the monitoring of material quality and compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards.
  • Supply Chain Development: Contribute to the improvement of supply chain processes, including tracking material packaging and optimizing workflows.

 

Requirements for the position  

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Nous recherchons un(e) Apprentice Logistic (H/F) motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Harfleur, France.

 

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

 

  • Réception des pièces : Assurer la réception précise et rapide des pièces et matériaux entrants.
  • Préparation des colis radio : Assembler et préparer les colis radio pour l’expédition.
  • Préparation des colis : Organiser et préparer les matériaux pour l’expédition, en veillant à un étiquetage et un emballage appropriés.
  • Suivi des stocks : Surveiller et gérer les niveaux de stock pour les EPI, les équipements de métrologie et les outils.
  • Inventaires : Réaliser des contrôles d’inventaire réguliers pour garantir l’exactitude et la disponibilité des matériaux.
  • Gestion des prêts d’équipements : Superviser le processus de prêt d’équipements tels que les voltmètres, ampèremètres, et autres outils.
  • Suivi des transports : Gérer les étiquettes de transport et assurer le suivi correct des expéditions.

 

Développement des actions :

 

  • Mise en œuvre d’un logiciel de gestion des stocks internes : Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre d’une solution logicielle pour la gestion des stocks internes.
  • Suivi de la qualité des matériaux/Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) : Soutenir le suivi de la qualité des matériaux et la conformité aux normes RSE.
  • Développement de la chaîne d’approvisionnement : Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, y compris le suivi des emballages de matériaux et l’optimisation des flux de travail.

 

Exigences pour le poste

 

  • Actuellement en formation ou récemment diplômé(e) en Logistique, Gestion de la Chaîne d’Approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Une compréhension de base de la gestion des stocks et des processus logistiques est un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe.
  • Attitude proactive avec une volonté d’apprendre et de relever de nouveaux défis.
