We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Engineer with a passion for electrical and automation products to join our team.
If you are a recent graduate or have technical high school qualifications with knowledge of electrical equipment, we want to hear from you!
The preferred location for this position is in Harfleur, France. Remote work is also an option, subject to local requirements and regulations. Our expectation is that you will spend a minimum of 3 days per week in our offices.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Sales Support Engineer, you will focus on these responsibilities:

Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team.

Analyse customer needs and prepare offers according to the selected product/solution.

Provide technical advice on E&A products to meet customer needs.

Manage existing Supply Agreements in relation with Customer and Wärtsilä team.

Participate in customer negotiations and preparation of quotations.

Maintain and update sales records and customer information in the company database (CRM).

Assist in the development and maintenance of sales support materials, including presentations and product data sheets.
Requirements for the position

Recent graduates or individuals with technical high school qualifications in electrical engineering or automation.

Good knowledge of Electrical, Automation & Communication systems.

Knowledge of electrical equipment (Siemens, Schneider, etc.).

Conversational English skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.

Valid driver's license.

Occasional travel may be required to support business needs and attend meetings or events.
