We are looking for a Service Engineer / Technicien supérieur d’intervention (H/F) to participate in the execution of the projects (new, modifications, commissioning, or troubleshooting) in accordance with the order, while adhering to industry standards and QHSE rules.
Your role and responsibilities
The role involves preparing the site, coordinating electrical maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and safety, diagnosing faults, commissioning and testing installations, identifying technical solutions to improve equipment, recording expenses and hours in FSM, organizing travel, and maintaining tools and PPE. The technician must follow the site manager's instructions, report task progress, and may lead a project independently if necessary. Collaboration with the Resource Manager and site manager is essential, and specific knowledge in electrotechnics, automation, QSE rules, and electrical certification B1 is required.
As a Service Engineer you will focus on these responsibilities:
- Prepare the site for new, modified, commissioning, or troubleshooting projects.
- Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available and in good condition.
- Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve faults.
- Commission and test installations to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing to verify system performance.
- Identify and implement technical solutions to improve equipment performance.
- Maintain and organize tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations.
Requirements for the position
- Specific knowledge in electrotechnics and automation.
- Understanding of QSE rules.
- Electrical certification B1.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects when necessary.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with the Resource Manager and site manager.
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in electrical systems and automation.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Organizational skills for managing travel and tools.

Nous recherchons un Service Engineer / Technicien supérieur d’intervention (H/F) pour participer à la réalisation des projets (neufs, modifications, commissioning ou dépannage) conformément à la commande, tout en respectant les normes de l'industrie et les règles QHSE.
Votre rôle et vos responsabilités
Le rôle implique la préparation du chantier, la coordination des tâches de maintenance électrique pour assurer la fiabilité et la sécurité des équipements, le diagnostic des pannes, la mise en route et les tests des installations, l'identification des solutions techniques pour améliorer les équipements, la saisie des notes de frais et des heures dans FSM, l'organisation des déplacements et le rangement des outils et EPI. Le technicien doit suivre les consignes du chef de chantier, rendre compte de l'avancement des tâches, et peut mener un projet de manière autonome si nécessaire. La collaboration avec le Responsable Ressources et le chef de chantier est essentielle, et des connaissances spécifiques en électrotechnique, automatisation, règles QSE ainsi qu'une habilitation électrique B1 sont requises.
En tant que Service Engineer, vous vous concentrerez sur les responsabilités suivantes :
- Préparer le chantier pour les projets neufs, modifiés, commissioning ou dépannage.
- S'assurer que tous les outils et équipements nécessaires sont disponibles et en bon état.
- Effectuer des diagnostics pour identifier et résoudre les pannes.

- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques pour améliorer la performance des équipements.
- Maintenir et organiser les outils et les équipements de protection individuelle (EPI).
- Veiller à ce que tous les travaux soient effectués en toute sécurité et en conformité avec les réglementations.
Exigences pour le poste
- Connaissances spécifiques en électrotechnique et automatisation.
- Compréhension des règles QSE.
- Habilitation électrique B1.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à diriger des projets si nécessaire.
- Compétences en collaboration pour travailler en étroite relation avec le Responsable Ressources et le chef de chantier.
- Compétences en diagnostic et résolution de problèmes.
- Maîtrise technique des systèmes électriques et de l'automatisation.
- Compétences efficaces en communication et en reporting.
- Compétences organisationnelles pour gérer les déplacements et les outils.
