Back-Office Clerk (m/w/d)

Our Centre of Excellence Turnkey Solutions within the business line Voyage Solutions is looking for a motivated and team-oriented Backoffice Clerk within turnkey projects. The job will be located in Hamburg, Germany.

 

Your responsibilities are:

 

  • Communication with internal and external contact persons during all phases of the project to obtain relevant product and project data
  • Maintenance and completion of project-related design and material master data into PDM / PLM systems (Teamcenter, SAP) with regard to e.g. information needed for purchasing and shipping
  • Check, maintenance and completion order and project data in the ERP system for error-free and timely processing of sales orders
  • Creation of purchase requirements based on customer specifications and according to defined specifications by sub-project managers or project engineers
  • Track orders and deliveries
  • Creation of project-specific documentation in MS Office
  • General commercial activities in project management

 

Requirements:

 

* completed technical apprenticeship

* app. 1 year of relevant experience

* good German and English skills written and spoken

* SAP and MS Office knowledge

* cooperative, communicative and team-oriented way of working
