Manager Claim Handling Parts / OEM
We are now looking for a Manager Claim Handling Parts / OEM to join our team working. 

The possible location for the position is in Europe (preferable) or Asia.

 

What will you be doing:
As Manager Claim Handling Parts / OEM, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
•    Provide overall leadership and administrative management for personnel which includes 

- defining roles and responsibilities

- conducting performance reviews, development discussions and target settings

- participating in salary planning

- promoting professional growth through timely performance feedback, coaching, and counselling

•    Work across teams on development, implementation, and fostering of claim handling processes
•    Work towards continuous process improvements
•    Verification of process compliance
•    Support cost reduction efforts, and identify cost take out
•    Organize reporting and controlling
•    Define strategy and operational objectives
•    Ensure the transfer of knowledge within the team
•    Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for returns / claims

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
•    Technical or commercial studies / technical or commercial vocational training with corresponding professional experience or comparable
•    At least 5 years of professional experience in the same sector, including experience in a leadership role
•    (ideally knowledge of the NACOS Core product portfolio)
•    experience with process development and optimization
•    In-depth SAP knowledge
•    fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing speaking and writing
•    Good Knowledge of ISO9001 / 14001 / 45001
•    Basic knowledge on IMO regulation
•    excellent communication skills (across cultures and functions)
