Office Manager

We are now looking for an Office Manager who will be reporting into the Culture & Engagement Lead.

 

Purpose of the role:

Voyage has some very exciting plans quickly approaching us, with a brand new office awaiting our Hamburg teams! With this new office launch we are now looking for an Office Manager who can make this new space a great experience for our people and partners, making sure that everyone who enters our office space enjoys it with a smile and ensuring the well-being of our people, customers & partners.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming & taking care of our guests.

• Front desk, telephone & admin service.

• Coordinate facility management and landlord services.

• Point of contact for any office related issues and tasks; office supplies; lockers, IT coordination.

• Event organisation & decoration experience - You will make branding come alive in the office and make sure that our office is a place where people feel good!

• Meeting service.

 • Key user and first point of contact for smart building & office information systems.

 • Post service - distribution, digitalisation.

• Point of contact for catering; pantry service.

• Local contact person for security personnel.

• Onboarding point of contact for new employees.

• QHSE services (Initial health and safety briefing, office inspections, medical.)

 

Key requirements:

• Our workplace is your passion!

• Highly empathetic & hands-on.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong service background - for example, events, hotel hospitality. Coordination and

organisation skills (event management or similar).

• Strong computer and MS Office skills.

• Fluency in German & English.
