Senior Manager, Operational Improvement

We are looking to hire a seasoned Senior Manager, Operational Process Improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Voyage Operations key processes: S&OP, Warehouse, Assembly, Supply Chain Management.
  • Design, implement and manage effective and efficient Operations processes together with subject experts to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Define, document and communicate process objectives, targets and measurements.
  • Align all stakeholders to process and ensure that they contribute sufficiently to ensure that the process works effectively once implemented.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage documentation, policies and training related to the process.
  • Collaborate with other process owners for end to end process alignments.
  • Review, approve and communicate process changes and/or improvements.
  • Ensure that processes are well integrated in systems and tools.

 

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

  • Strong experience of process development and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
  • Understanding and experience of cross functional business process alignment.
  • Proven Project Management skills, familiar with Agile methods.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English is mandatory)
  • Experience with Operations processes, especially S&OP, is an advantage
