In dieser Position umfasst Ihre Arbeit alle Koordinationsaufgaben der Werkstattaufträge und Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Werkstattteam (intern) und dem Kunden (extern).

An einem typischen Tag beginnen Sie vielleicht mit den Vorbereitungen für eine dringende Überholung, die in die Werkstatt kommt, z. B. Wärtsilä-, Deutz- oder MWM-Motoren.

Daran arbeiten Sie nicht alleine, auch wenn die Arbeit ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit erfordert, da Sie die Unterstützung der Teamleiter und der Werkstattleitung haben.

Ein technischer Hintergrund, vorzugsweise innerhalb einer maritimen Geschichte oder Sie kommen aus der Deutschen Marine, ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei werkstattbezogenen Angeboten, insbesondere bei nicht standardmäßigen Aufträgen, sowohl bei der Preisfindung/Kostenschätzung als auch bei der Planung.

Was werden Sie tun?

• Koordination des Bestellprozesses nach Eingang der Bestellung bzw. Projektübergabe bis zum Abschluss
• Planung von Werkstattaufträgen und Nachverfolgung des Fortschritts
• Teilnahme an den Planungsgesprächen mit dem Workshop-Team
• Kommunikation mit externen und internen Kunden abwickeln
• Auftragsabwicklung
• Sichere Dokumentation für die Rechnungsstellung
• Einkauf von Subunternehmern, direkt und indirekt
• Lieferungen arrangieren und koordinieren
• Lieferantenpflege und Compliance
• Überwachung von Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltabfällen
• Unterstützung des Operations-Teams bei Bedarf

In this position, your work will include all the coordination tasks of the workshop orders and projects in close cooperation with the workshop team (internal) and the customer (external).

On a typical day, you might be starting with the preparations of an urgent overhaul that is coming to the workshop could be Wärtsilä, Deutz or MWM engines.

You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support of the Team Leaders and Workshop Management.

A technical background, preferably within a maritime history or you come from the German Navy, is desirable but not essential.

Support the sales department in workshop related quotations, especially for non-standard jobs, both in pricing/cost estimation and planning.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating the order process after receipt of the Purchase Order or Project Handover until completion
• Planning of workshop orders and keeping up with the progress
• Participate in the planning meetings with the workshop team
• Handle communication with external and internal customers
• Order handling
• Secure documentation for invoicing
• Purchasing from subcontractors, direct and indirect
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries
• Supplier maintenance and compliance
• Monitoring of sustainability and Environmental Waste
• Supporting the Operations Team when required

The environment of this position changes daily so you must be able to adapt and multitask this can be fast moving with large financial implications.
