We are now looking for a
Specialist Logistical Systems & Processes (m/f/d)
to join our team working for a better future.
The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg, Germany.
What you will be doing
As Specialist Logistical Systems & Processes your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics within warehouse and logistics operations.
- Manage the integration, support and maintenance of the customs and transportation software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations. Provide training and support to warehouse staff on the new system functionalities globally.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics and the transport and customs systems related to supply chain management.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to identify and resolve system issues where needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- Implement an automized KPI management system where needed.
- Engage in projects and improvements where needed.
- Support logistics with upcoming tasks such as data maintenance, transport and inventory related tasks, training and document management or supplier evaluation
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor degree in IT, SCM or logistical topics
- Min. 5 years working experience in logistics, with extensive system usage
- Experience in working in ERP, customs and Transport systems
- High knowledge of international logistic processes
- Willingness to prepare, conduct and evaluate training of people across the company
- Willingness to travel and work with colleagues on site
- Key user and IT Rollout Management experience
- Training experience
- Experience with PowerBI or similar reporting tools
In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
