We are now looking for an inspiring and engaging Talent Development Lead.
As a part of Marine Power organisation, you will be part of the journey of decarbonization and services growth. The purpose of HR function is to develop our people in Marine Power to support growth strategies and we proactively contribute to development and implementation of business strategy. In this role you will, translate business strategy to concrete and impactful people development actions for the business. Build capabilities and competencies in Marine Power according to strategy and people agenda. Lead execution of learning and development programs and ensure effective implementation of talent development portfolio that is aligned with people priorities for the business. Provide insights to learning portfolio development and evaluate the effectiveness of the talent strategies.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build capabilities and competencies in Marine Power working backwards from strategy and based on our people agenda, conceptualizing the development of capabilities, competencies, and skills for Marine Power in line with our group concept and approach.

Support in organisational design and effective organisation development methodologies.

Provide insight into strategic competencies, define and lead prioritized development actions based on workforce planning in Marine Power according to group concept and process

Create and plan concrete actions around learning and talent management to support the translation of Marine Power strategy into execution.

Plan engagement and leadership development strategies based on business strategy.

Lead the definition and implementation of a learning portfolio for Marine Power specific strategic competence development needs.

Lead execution of learning and development programs based on said portfolio

Evaluate and leverage relevant metrics and KPIs regarding the effectiveness of business talent strategies, assess impact and effectiveness of learning and talent development solutions and adjust strategy based on insights

Develop, initiate and maintain effective talent management programs impacting workforce retention, , e.g. around succession planning, coaching, mentoring etc.., in line with annual cadence and processes

Ensure excellent contribution and balance between group co-creation on talent management and Marine Power specific development.

Partnering with business leaders, HR Business Partners, CoEs and People Services
Requirements:
-
MSc (or BSc) degree in a relevant field (Economics, Pedagogy, Psychology).

Extensive work experience and proven track record in talent development or learning and development role.

Experience of turning business strategies into talent development and engagement strategies.

Substantial experience from capability and competence development.
-
Strong presentation skills.
-
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-
Very structured way of working and project management experience.
-
Positive can-do attitude, solution orientation and customer service mind-set.

Strong business acumen and understanding of different business operating models.

Solid organisational design understanding and strong understanding of effective development methodologies.

Solid understanding of leadership development and talent management.
-
Solid facilitation skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
