We are now looking for a
Working Student (m/f/d) – Automation & Navigation Sales Support
to join our team working for a better future on temporary contract for 12 month.
The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg Germany.
What you will be doing
You will support in the area of Sales Department of Wärtsilä ANCS (Automation, Navigation and Control Systems) based in our Headquarter in Hamburg and you will be reporting to the Areas Sales Manager Central Europe & Nordics.
As Working Student your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- You will take over administrative office tasks.
- You support and ensure that reports and (internal) news related to Sales and Markets within ANCS are prepared and will be communicated in time.
- You will support the upcoming market expansion of ANCS in all sales-related aspects like Sales data reporting and analysis including the use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- You will work on supporting the Sales organization in processes, reports and sharing news (Target Setting, Achievement Reviews, Sales Campaigns, and more).
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- You are based in Hamburg and enrolled as a full-time student at a German university/university of applied sciences.
- You have experience or degree in office administration
- You speak fluent German and English.
- You have a minimum of 15 hours per week, ideally 20 hours per week, to spend in this role. During the semester break, you can work more, of course.
- You want to learn more about Sales in a global B2B environment.
- Most important is the right attitude and passion: You have an open personality, you can learn quickly, you dare to take over responsibility and jump into cold water, you are a people person and enjoy working with different stake holders.
- You are reliable, you focus on results and deliver as promised. You are structured and analytical.
