Wärtsilä SAM Electronics GmbH / Marine Electrical Systems inside Wärtsilä is one of the world's leading electrical system integrators in shipbuilding and specializes in special ships, naval vessels and large yachts in Germany.

 

We are now looking for a

 

Working Student - Supplier Development (m/f/d)

 

to join our team working for a better future temporary for 18 month in part time.

 

The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg, Germany.

 

What you will be doing

 

As Working Student your work will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Maintenance of data management system (document upload)
  • Maintenance of supplier relationship management data
  • Creation of lists/queries from Power BI and Excel
  • Support on analysis of supplier data
  • Support on management reporting

 

You will shine in this role when:

 

  • You are based in Hamburg and enrolled as a full-time student at a German university/university of applied sciences
  • You speak fluent English (mind. B1 or B2) and fluent German (mind. C1 or C2)
  • You got a minimum of 15 hours per week, ideally 20 hours per week, to spend in this role. During the semester break you can work more of course.
  • You got an open personality, you are a people person and enjoy working with people.
  • You are reliable, you focus on results and deliver as promised. You are structured and analytical.
  • Furthermore:
    • Interest on interdisciplinary topics, supply chain and quality management would be good
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • SAP knowledge is a plus

Werkstudenten (m/w/d)
 

für 18 Monate in Teilzeit in Hamburg.

 

Was sind die Aufgaben?

 

  • Pflege des Dokumentenmanagementsystems (Hochladen der Dokumente)
  • Pflege der  Lieferantendaten im SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) 
  • Erstellung von Listen und Abfragen aus Power BI und Excel
  • Unterstützung bei Analyse der Lieferantendaten
  • Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Berichten

 

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein erwarten wir, dass 

 

  • Du in Hamburg lebst und an einer deutschen Hochschule oder Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften als Vollzeitstudent eingeschrieben bist
  • Du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügst und du dich auch im Englischen gut bis sehr gut verständigen kannst
  • Du Minimum 15 Stunden pro Woche, idealer Weise 20 Stunden pro Woche hast, in dieser Rolle zu verbringen. Während der Semesterferien sind mehr Stunden möglich.
  • Du eine offene Persönlichkeit bist und es magst  mit Menschen zu arbeiten
  • Du zuverlässig und ergebnisorientiert bist. Du bist strukturiert und analytisch.
  • Außerdem:
    • Interesse an interdisziplinären Themen, Supply Chain und Qualitätsmanagement wären gut
    • Im Bereich MS Office und Outlook sowie SAP hast du Grundkenntnisse
