QuantiParts is the Original Engine Manufacturer (OEM) for 12 classic Wärtsilä engine brands. We support our customers in the global Marine and Energy businesses with the best technical know-how and supply of genuine spare parts for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a 24/7 basis.

Process and System Expert

 

to join our team working for a better future.

 

The preferred location for the position is in Hattem, the Netherlands.

 

What you will be doing 

 

As Process and System Expert your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Ensure timely process and system development aligned with business needs.
  • Successfully implement process and system-related projects to improve business outcomes, including shorter lead times for customers to receive spare parts, enhanced quality of end-to-end processes, and cost reductions.
  • Define and document the processes within your business area.
  • Provide outbound process training for parts delivery to packers and controllers.
  • Support the logistics process for parts delivery.

 
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 

 

  • BO in Engineering / Logistics and Commerce.
  • Minimum of 6 months.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of process development.
  • Reporting and analytical skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Training and development capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of Lean philosophy.
  • IT application development knowledge.
  • Process management expertise.

Roldoel

  • Zorg voor tijdige proces- en systeemontwikkeling afgestemd op de behoeften van het bedrijf.
  • Succesvolle implementatie van proces- en systeemgerelateerde projecten ter verbetering van de bedrijfsresultaten, waaronder kortere doorlooptijden, verbeterde kwaliteit van end-to-end processen en kostenreducties.
  • Definieer en documenteer de processen binnen je business area.
  • Verzorg outbound procestrainingen voor verpakkers en controleurs.
  • Ondersteun het logistieke proces voor onderdelenleveringen.

 

Vereiste Vaardigheden

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van procesontwikkeling.
  • Rapportage- en analytische vaardigheden.
  • Samenwerken in een team.
  • Vaardigheden op het gebied van training en ontwikkeling.
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardigheid.
  • Begrip van de Lean-filosofie.
  • Kennis van IT-applicatieontwikkeling.
  • Expertise in procesbeheer.

 

Opleiding

  • HBO in Techniek / Logistiek en Commercie.
  • Ervaring
  • Minimaal 6 maanden.
