Customer Service Co-Ordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will support the sales organisation by taking responsibility for daily customer interactions, providing excellent customer service and executing inquiries and orders as per customer requirements. The successful candidate will be based out of our office in Havant, Hampshire United Kingdom.

 

What do we expect from you?

 

  • Proven experience in a sales and customer facing role is essential
  • Strong background in customer relations, negotiations and cost awareness
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical problem-solving skillset
  • Confident in presenting and facilitating meetings
  • Innovative mindset • Strong team player with proven relationship building experience
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written

 

The job is offered subject to successfully obtaining the appropriate security clearance (BPSS) Applicants must have the right to work permanently in the UK

 

Main responsibilities of the post are:

 

  • Co-ordination of Customer Service, Export Control & Project Engineering to support the WDSL global customer base for all parts, new build, and retrofit or upgrade opportunities and orders.
  • Management of pre-order and post-order support services including but not limited to:
  • Quotations, order processing, contract review, contract execution & technical support.
  • Customer contact and liaison to delivery for projects.
  • Proactively provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining Project Dashboard and Order book management tools for accurate order intake and sales forecasting.
  • Proactive approach to achieving and exceeding Customer Service KPIs.
  • Ensure all procedures/work processes comply with all audit requirements.
  • Compliance at all times with appropriate QA, information handling, Export Control and Health & Safety procedures
