Quality Systems Lead

We are now looking for a Quality Systems Lead to strengthen our energetic, ambitious, and enthusiastic team.

The preferred location for this position is Havant, UK. 


 Your role and responsibilities  

 

  • Developing, maintaining, and improving the WDSL BMS (Business Management System)
  • Implement effective document controls to ensure all documents meet business, customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the WDSL internal audit programme
  • Managing the Business Management System
  • Develop and maintain business policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions
  • Ensure compliance with: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
  • Control all BMS and related documentation and records
  • Ensure and support effective control of all documents and records across functions and projects
  • Plan and manage the audit programme and conduct internal audits.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer and certification audits
  • Ensure effective tracking, progress and implementation of corrective actions
  • Facilitate root cause investigations
  • Verify effectiveness of improvements
  • Support resolution of customer complaints
  • Train and support employees to develop functional documentation, process, procedures and standards
  • Coach managers and teams on implementing quality best practices
  • Report and analyse quality performance KPIs, data, costs and trends
  • Identify and report quality performance trends
  • Support management reviews and strategic planning
