The Role of the Growth & Development Team at Wärtsilä Energy

The Growth & Development team at Wärtsilä Energy is a pivotal pillar, underpinning our market engagement, sales strategy, and strategic alignment. Collaborating closely with our sales & technology teams, we delve deep to identify prime markets, ensuring our solutions resonate perfectly. Our expertise spans two core areas: Market Development, where we embark on meticulous analyses to tailor our offerings and forge a robust link to sales, and Project Development, where we collaborate with sales to spearhead comprehensive initiatives, secure financial backing, and craft compelling value propositions. While our primary focus remains on unlocking sales opportunities and championing projects, we also adeptly bridge the gap between corporate strategy and its tangible execution in the Area.
