ERP Transformation Management Office Coordinator

ERP Transformation is an organisation driving growth with SAP Clean Core, AI-ready operations, and value stream driven business development. The goal is to remove obsolete data objects and redesigning operational processes closer to standard with the ERP portfolio of projects while maximising the benefits of AI capabilities embedded in SAP, and delivering revenue, savings and productivity gains with SAP S/4HANA.
In the ERP Transformation Management Office, we are responsible for one company-wide ERP development portfolio that enables transparent decision making and requires continuous change leadership.
We are now looking for an ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO) Coordinator to join the ERP Transformation Management Office. You will work closely with our ERP leadership team and Head of Transformation Management Office to prepare messages targeted at bridging the gap between executive vision and execution, and to support driving complex, company-wide changes. As a TMO Coordinator you will perform various tasks in stakeholder communication, portfolio resource management, along with administrative duties such as creating and maintaining documentation. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communications skills.
The preferred location for this position is in Helsinki, Finland, other Wärtsilä locations in Finland can be considered. We work in hybrid mode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with organising ERP Transformation Management related events and meetings
- Support with ERP transformation related communication, including creating and visualising steering and key stakeholder messages
- Support in ERP portfolio level resource management related activities
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as keeping and distributing minutes of meeting and documenting and following-up actions and decisions from meetings
- Maintain documentation, including guidelines, templates, and status reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating management level communication
- A team player with excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact with people from all organizational levels
- Proven experience as project coordinator or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel
- Structured and independent way of working, with solid organisational skills including multitasking and time management
- Positive “can do” mindset and resilience
- As an ideal candidate for this position, you will have a MSc or BSc degree in business or communications
