We are looking for a Junior Cyber Security Specialist, IT & OT Infrastructure with a main responsibility in Cyber Vulnerability Management and Reporting Automation. The preferred location for this position is Helsinki, Finland. We offer the possibility of hybrid remote work. 
  
Your role and responsibilities:  
 
As a Junior Cyber Security Specialist, IT & OT Infrastructure your work will include analyzing new vulnerabilities to evaluate their threat to Wärtsilä, supporting development and IT team vulnerability remediation activities, and creating reporting tools. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of a team of Cyber Security specialists with diverse expertise.
 
Requirements for the position: 

 

  • Understanding of cyber vulnerability impact, remediation, and mitigation
  • Experience in creating automation tooling/scripting
  • Ability to develop business processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated system administration experience
  • Demonstrated software development experience
  • Computer security-related degree, certifications, or demonstrated expertise

 
To be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: 

 

  • Experience with vulnerability management and remediation
  • Understanding of client, server, and network administration in IT or OT environments
  • Basic understanding of low-level computer networking
  • Experience in working with the Microsoft security stack
