Manager, Operations Processes and Tools

In the Agreement Delivery Systems and Services we’re looking for a Manager, Operations Management Processes and Tools, a forward‑thinking leader who thrives on innovation, agility, and creating solutions that truly matter.

 

In this role, you’ll lead a skilled team working at the crossroads of technology, data, and operations. Together, you will:

 

  • Maintain and improve the Operations and Performance Maximization tools and processes across the Marine and Energy businesses.
  • Develop tailor‑made, fast‑acting solutions for complex operational challenges which occurred in the field
  • Accelerate data‑driven research and development of smart algorithms that helps prevent failures before they happen
  • Ensure to be front runners in making sophisticated solutions which decreases the total cost of maintenance for our customers.

 

You will shape how we work and what we build—ensuring our processes and tools operate efficiently and deliver value where it counts. We trust our people to take ownership, make decisions, being able to navigate through different stakeholder needs and deliver results.

You’ll collaborate closely with talented engineers, data scientists, domain experts, and colleagues across R&D, Technical Services, Agreement Product Management, Digital Development, and Agreement Delivery.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Information Technologie / Engineering / Data Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years leadership experience in software development, data analytics or digital research
  • 2 + years Experience in leading agile software ( e.g. SCRUM) teams delivering innovative solutions
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management

 

Qualifications to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:

 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excels in cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical and research-oriented mindset
  • Innovation‑driven, skilled at balancing short‑term delivery needs with strategic experimentation to unlock new opportunities.
  • Preferably knowledge of Marine or Energy Business
  • Knowledge of Agreement Business is an advantage
