We are looking for an On-Call Trainee, Cash Management with a main responsibility in ensuring smooth cash management operations within the Group. The location for this position is Helsinki, Finland. As an On-Call Trainee, you can work up to 25 hours per week. The person who is selected for this role needs to be a full-time student studying for a degree in Finland.
Your role and responsibilities:
As an On-Call Trainee, Cash Management your work will include planning the Group’s daily currency liquidity, handling Treasury’s financial payment traffic, and processing Group companies’ vendor payments in SAP’s IHC payment center. You’ll be working as a part of the Corporate Treasury team with diverse expertise.
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Planning Group’s daily liquidity in a multicurrency environment
- Handling Treasury’s own financial payment traffic
- Processing Group’s internal and external vendor payments in the SAP IHC payment center
- Supporting Group companies globally with cash management matters
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external financial institutions
To be able to succeed in the position, we require you to have:
- Studies at University or University of Applied Sciences, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting
- Previous working experience in corporate treasury function or banking sector in transactional services is an advantage
- Previous experience of managing payment processes in SAP IHC is an advantage
- Previous experience of confirmations and settlements of treasury instruments is an advantage
- A detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to handling time-sensitive tasks
- The ability and willingness to work as a team-player with global stakeholders as well as independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
