We are looking for a People Analytics Expert to play a key role in growing the data analytics strategic capability of HR by delivering relevant data analytics and reporting.

Your role and responsibilities
As a People Analytics Expert in the People Analytics team, you will be partnering with stakeholders to develop analyses that drives data informed decision making & measurable impact across HR and the businesses. Your work will ensure that our data supports process efficiency improvements and enables evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
New projects and initiatives are regularly launched giving you the opportunity to widen your areas of expertise, take on fresh challenges, and grow professionally. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where learning and development are actively encouraged.
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Building analyses that support data-informed decision making and creating measurable impact.
- Support the roll-out and ongoing development of Visier, our analytics platform.
- Maintain and enhance global HR reports in SuccessFactors, WeLearn, Zendesk, Qualtrics & Visier, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR Technology & Employee experience lead to run and evolve our employee listening processes, contributing to the design and analysis of employee surveys and translating feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Manage external reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of data to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements using data insights.
To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:
- Proven experience in People Analytics in a large organisation or having worked as a consultant on related topics.
- Expert knowledge on SuccessFactors. Experience with Visier is a bonus.
- An analytical mindset, quick thinker and system savvy.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on data quality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to work with multiple topics at the same time and prioritize the most valuable ones.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and systems.
