We are looking for a (Senior) Product Security Expert with a main responsibility in our OT product security domain and related stakeholder collaboration in Engine Power Plants business unit. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Turku or Helsinki in Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.
Your role and responsibilities
Plant automation & controls team focuses on our engine power plant automation & control systems. We develop and maintain engine power plant automation & control systems for today´s engine power plants, as well as develop future technology solutions. As a (Senior) Product security expert within the Plant automation & controls team, your work will include development and coordination of OT related product cyber security topics. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance of current offering as well as longer term developments towards IEC 62443 certifications.
Responsibilities for the position:
- Subject Matter Expert on product cyber security for our engine power plant automation & control systems
- Own the implementation of engine power plant automation & control systems product features towards agreed standards and legislations such as IEC 62443, EU CRA etc.
- Ensure cyber compliance and market competitiveness of the engine power plant automation & control systems. Capture and translate global/regional regulations and contract requirements to the development roadmap – e.g. translating customer NIS2 obligations into product features
- Train and educate key stakeholders on cyber security requirements, internal guidelines, processes and access policies
- Guide and support technical, sales, and engineering teams in validating project-related cyber security requirements
- Act as product security expert, supporting our sales, technical sales support and project delivery functions in internal and customer discussions
- Participate in incident response management
Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, automation engineering or a related field
- In-depth understanding of operational technology related product security requirements
- Expertise in cyber legislations, regulations and standards for example IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIS2, SOC2, AESCSF, SOCI and EU CRA
- Experience in working with product security, vulnerability handling and cyber security in an industrial company context
- Team player and collaborator mindset
- Excellent presentation skills, as well as written, and verbal communication skills
- Fluent language skills in English
- Cyber security certifications are beneficial
- Experience in agile methodologies is seen as a plus
