Solution Manager, Sales and Sales Analytics

We are looking for a Solution Manager, Sales and Sales Analytics. Wärtsilä offers a lot of challenges and growth potential for people passionate about supporting business with world-class solutions. In the Solution Manager position you will enhance and support solutions used in sales operations in Wärtsilä.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support existing sales and sales analytics solutions
  • Work in agile DEVOPS teams enhancing and optimising sales processes. Typical role scrum master in the team.
  • Guide and assist business process owners to optimize, automatize and industrialize business processes with IT solutions
  • Manage and be responsible for development and total delivery of solutions during their lifecycle
  • Manage the documentation and communication related to the own functional area
  • Work in closed co-operation with the surrounding team, vendors and business stakeholders

     

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc or equivalent in IT or engineering domain
  • Very good team working skills in global environment
  • Service-minded, proactive, development-minded, independent and goal-focused attitude to work.
  • Overall understanding in B2B Sales  
  • Software engineering skills (scrum, devops tools use, turning requirements to designs, usability, architecture, testing, IT project management, integration)
  • Knowledge of related information systems (Salesforce Sales cloud, MS BI/Einstein analytics experience)
  • Service design and problem solving skills
  • Good leadership, collaboration and change management skills
  • Very good documentation and presentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English

     

Possible locations for this position is Helsinki, Vaasa or Turku.
