System Analyst - Distribution System

We are always on the lookout for talent with a growth mindset – are you the one?  We are looking for a System Analyst for a Distribution System. The preferred location for this position is Belgrade, Serbia. 

Working as a Systems Analyst, you will engage with products and services in the field of technological solutions in Data Distribution . You will join an Agile team focused on technology development and innovation for distribution system and related services. 

What You Will Do:

•Analyzing and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Developing and refining technical documentation

• Consulting developers and testers on requirements

• Supporting other departments by providing technical advice and assistance for products and services

• Analyzing support tickets, structuring them, and converting them into tasks for developers

• Proposing solutions for automating support processes

• Validating that task implementation aligns with requirements

• Translating non-technical requirements into clear technical specifications

• Maintaining a knowledge base for the system and project

• Designing and delivering training sessions for internal and external stakeholders on the product

• Conducting product testing 

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience as a system analyst, business analyst  QA engineer, support engineer

• Understanding of and hands-on experience with different types of requirements and their representation

• Knowledge of SQL - advanced level

• Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly

• Experience with task trackers, ticket system and product knowledge bases (Jira, Confluence, CRM, Zendesk)

• Understanding of the software development life cycle and testing principles

• Team player with a collaborative mindset

• Previous experience working in an Agile team

• Fluency in English 

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure technologies

• Basic knowledge C#, Python, PowerShell

• Knowledge of OS Windows
