System Development Expert

We are now looking for a

System Development Expert

to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Helsinki, Finland.

What you will be doing

Tool development responsibilities for ES&O, Operations and License access reporting and support

As the System Development Expert, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Tool license report output
• Tool access request support
• Tool requirement gathering from relevant stakeholders
• Scrum lead for tool development
• Templates creation and maintenance to reflect ES&O way of working
• Delivering metrics of usage for the Operations tools
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions for various user groups

Development Responsibilities:

• Tool development to match ES&O requirements
• Develop reporting within tools according to the requirements from the departments and input from our Data Analyst
• Improve day-to-day usage of tools with the help of feedback from end-users

Authorities:

• Approve / reject license requests
• Lead tool development initiatives

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• B.Sc. / MBA / University degree in relevant technical field or business administration
• Experience in working in a project management environment
• High proficiency in IT tools use in project management environments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Multicultural sensitivity, with the ability to build relationships and lead multi-cultural teams.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

(In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.)
