Solutions Architect, Ports

We are now looking for a Technical Writer to join our forward-looking team. Based ideally in Helsinki or Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

Participation in coordinating the plan and time of creating user and technical documentation at the project planning stage.
Collection of information necessary for the development and updating of user and technical documentation.
Development and/or updating of user and technical documentation in line with the project requirements.
Interaction with colleagues for the accomplishment of tasks set.
Fulfilment of the Supervisor’s assignments within the framework of the unit operational activities.
Submitting reports in line with the regulatory documentation and on the Supervisor’s request.
Improvement of professional competence (studying special features of the existing and new products and technologies used by the unit).
Following the project activity regulations and rules.
Adhere to internal company and functional policies and procedures.

Knowledge and skills we are looking for:

Faculty for structuring (systemizing and interpreting) the received information, wording a clear technical text adequate to the future reader’s needs, delivering the material consistently, correctly and succinctly, adhering to the selected style and unified terminology throughout the entire document.
Russian and English language proficiency.
Ability to use regulatory and reference materials
Understanding fundamentals of the up-to-date information technologies like the databases, local and global networks, client server technologies, object-oriented programming, etc.
Communication skills required for obtaining necessary information from the product managers, experts, testing engineers and software development engineers.
Understanding of the text editors and makeup programs operation.
MS Office proficiency.
Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
Knowledge of technical texts layout rules.
Knowledge of the GOST, USED and international standards related to the programs and systems life cycle and their documenting.
