Senior Systems Requirements Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Lead the requirements engineering process including creation and implementation and collaborate with teams from different departments to assess product development scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of requirements for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Ensure that all requirements are documented, organized, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
• Define verification methodology for requirements
• Proactively identify and address any issues or risks related to requirements management.
• Continuously improve the requirements engineering process and drive efficiencies.

Minimum experience and educational requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years proven experience in requirements engineering and management for safety related systems.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve ambiguities.
• Experience with Jama Connect RMS and Cameo are a plus.
