What will you be doing?

As an Agreement Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of maintenance agreements by coordinating spare parts, logistics activities, and operational support. You will work closely with customers, service teams, procurement, and logistics stakeholders to ensure the right materials are available at the right time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of spare parts, consumables, and tools required for maintenance activities.

  • Monitor shipments and follow up with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Collaborate with service teams, procurement, logistics, and agreement management teams to support customer operations.

  • Support logistics planning and help identify efficient transportation solutions.

  • Track operational activities and provide updates, reports, and shipment status information.

  • Participate in planning meetings and support the successful execution of maintenance agreements.

  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

 

What are we looking for?

  • 3–6 years of experience in coordination, logistics, operations, supply chain, customer support, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across different teams.

  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce is preferred.

  • Technical or industrial industry experience is considered an advantage.

  • English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
